Lumen Photogram series
Marson’s Lumen Photogram series are made by putting objects and/or materials on light-sensitive surfaces (in this case, black and white photography paper). The exposure to light resulted in prints that are reminiscent of fossils, life forms that existed a long time ago.
Her fossils intertwine conceptionally with Oysters, ancient creatures, which have essentially remained unchanged for over 250 million years. Natures perfected shape by time and tide.
